Job Searching, Done for You

We meet as needed, the process is largely digital. You can text/call me anytime before interviews.
It's that simple.
We charge a 10% of base salary. 5% is due once you sign the offer letter. 5% is due 3 months after you sign the offer. This does not include bonuses, commissions or benefits. Up to $750-1500 month to cover our costs, depending on client. The 750-$1500/month can be refundable in your final fee. Note that other reverse recruiters charge $1500-3000 per month, with no success fee or refund.
Interview processes range from 2-4 weeks. I give you a ton of irons in the fire, massively speeding up your search. After 4 weeks, you'll have spoken to at least 10-12 recruiters, so, as long as you are a strong candidate, and they have an appropriate role, you can expect to be submitted by at least 4 of them. It depends, but expect 1-4 months.
I want to ensure incentives are aligned.My team does a ton of work on your resume, LinkedIn profile, writing back to recruiters on your behalf, applying to jobs, emailing to schedule calls and following up.
As part of the onboarding, you share your LinkedIn credentials. To book calls on your behalf, my team creates a custom email account and Calendly link. I always message as if I am you, since I have 10 years of experience chatting with randos and leads on LinkedIn, I know how to move to action steps quickly and smoothly.
My team and I do apply to 50-100 jobs per week for my clients. We have recently added this service, with no additional fee, and seen success in InMailing, emailing and reaching out to 9 people including the job poster & hiring manager immediately following the app.
Our incentives are 100% to get you a job. We put multiple measures in place to secure your information and do not need access to any of your email accounts, passwords or personal info except your mailing address when applying for jobs or networking on LinkedIn.
